How do I get started with MoreThanDigital Insights?
To get started, simply sign up on our platform. Once you’ve registered, you can immediately begin uploading data and using our analytics tools. – It is that simple!
Is there a user manual or tutorial for beginners?
Yes, we offer an extensive onboarding, help guide, tutorials, and an interactive tutorial within the platform to help you get accustomed to all the features.
Can I do the analysis on my own?
Yes, you can do it on your own with our easy-to-use platform. However, if you need help we have a wide range of features that make it easy to invite external experts like accountants, and consultants, or invite your managers and employees. We want to make sure everyone can easily start data-driven management.
Do I have to fill out everything?
No, you don’t have to fill out every module. You choose how deeply you want to analyze your company and which modules you want to complete. However, each module must be filled out in order to see results for that specific category.
Can someone from MoreThanDigital help me?
Yes, we offer support, training, onboarding, and help with the platform to our premium subscribers. If you are a free user, please use our ticket system or help guide if you have problems with onboarding, the platform, or technical issues.

How long does the analytis take?
The analysis usually takes around 2-4 hours for SMEs and around 4-6 hours for Corporates. However, depending on the number of departments analyzed and the company size, it can be more or less. Normally, a topic (which we call a module) takes around 10-20 minutes to finish. Larger corporations that use manager invitations and employee surveys should calculate for a little more time to gather all the feedback.
Where is the data from?
MoreThanDigital Insights is a community-driven platform and everyone participating will be also an anonymous donor for data. We ensured that the data can never be reconstructed on several levels. This makes Insights the most reliable resource for data-driven business decisions.
How frequently is the platform updated with new features?
Our team regularly updates the platform, typically rolling out new features and improvements every day and bigger featers every month. The data is being updated on daily basis so your results and peer benchmarks are always up to date.
Who should enter the data?
The owner should enter the data himself. If he needs help, he can invite external users like accountants, and consultants or internal users like managers to enter the data. He can also create surveys to collect data from employees to get a neutral view.
Do I get consulting about my results?
At MoreThanDigital, we don’t offer business advice or consulting. We focus on providing the most accurate, neutral, holistic, and helpful results possible so you can make the best decisions for your business. If you’re looking for help, it’s best to talk to a consultant or advisor to help you prioritize your improvements and implement them.
Can anyone see my data?
Only you and the people you invite will be able to see your data. We have extensive security features to ensure that your data is safe and not accessible by anyone else. Please see our section about “Data Security”.
Is the Base Version really for free?
Yes, our #bethechange commitment guarantees that the base version of MoreThanDigital will always be free with no hidden costs or fees. We believe that everyone, regardless of their financial situation, deserves access to the resources and tools they need to run their business for the better. So please spread the word and tell your friends and family about us – together we can make a difference!
The difference between the Free and Premium version is only with the reports and peer selection. All other functions are available for everyone.
Are there limitations to the free version?
Even in the free version, there is no limit on users, modules they can use, survey functionality, or analytics. The only difference to the premium version is that reports contain more information, they offer deeper insights into financial data, and you can select custom peer groups and international data.
What is the advantage of the Premium version?
It offers better analytics, more advanced graphs and also deeper analysis. Especially for larger organizations it offers a great feature to customize the peer sets and expand the peer set across borders and industries.
If I want to go premium, what kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and also offer the option for invoicing. For other options, please reach out to us.

Only the owner and invited people can see the data. For financial data, the owner needs to grant special permissions. This way, there is a double safety standard that the sensitive information is always secure.
Can my competitor see my data?
Your competitor will never see your data. MoreThanDigital’s platform is secure and confidential. We do not share source data with anyone – Only the owner and users they invite to see their data can access it.
Do 3rd party companies see my data?
No, 3rd party companies do not have access to the source data and company data is completely secure. The 3rd party institutions like research universities or institutions only have access to the analyzed and anonymized data. MoreThanDigital’s Data-Driven Management Platform is a secure system that protects your company’s data.
How often is the data backed up?
We perform daily backups and keep them securely stored in encrypted format.
Can anyone see my data in the peer comparisons and benchmarks?
No name, identifier or direct data from you is ever used for benchmarking or comparison purposes. Our platform only calculates the anomymized averages of industries or groups of min. 5 peers and it is mathematically impossible to trace you back to your company or your values.
